Returns

• To return or exchange an item please email us at support@sewheartfelt.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to cover the cost of the return.

• Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
