How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Goods are dispatched the same day on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and on a Monday for orders placed at the weekends.
Do you offer an express delivery service?
US orders using the Priority Mail option with United States Postal Service will arrive within 1-3 working days depending on your distance from our depot in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This only applies to products shipped from USA. Please note, some of the range is still shipped from the UK and this will arrive within 4-8 working days. You will be notified at checkout where your item is shipped from and be able to choose your shipping option at this stage.
I’ve just placed an order. Do I have to pay two lots of P&P if one item is in stock and the other one isn’t and I have to wait for one item?
No, you will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of the availability of any of the items.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived within the time you allow?
If you haven’t received your order within our allowed time limit of 7 working days please contact info@sewheartfelt.co.uk. We will follow up your query with our courier and send you a replacement if necessary.

How long do I have to return my goods?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 30 days with a copy of your invoice, for an exchange or full refund (this does not include the original postage charge.) Unless faulty, returned goods must also be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How long does it take for a return to be processed and a refund applied back to my card?
